AS the Covid-19 pandemic continues to impact on families and businesses around the county, we wanted to update you on how our business is operating, and what we’re doing to ensure our staff and our customers are safely served and supported,

 With the capacity to do so from the outset, we were fortunate to be able to continue our operations, even at the point lockdown commenced in England.

Given our role in supplying such sectors as medical and food production, we felt – and still do – that it was important we try to continue our input into the country’s economy and its supply chain.

With that in mind, our management team acted swiftly to implement appropriate social distancing measures within the workplace, to ensure staff felt comfortable and confident in their daily work processes, and to change our procedures with regards to visits to site.

Today, our approach includes having staggered breaks for all staff, the use of face coverings, increased numbers of handwashing stations, limited traffic through any of our corridors, and enhanced spaces around all workstations.
