The investment into new and improved infrastructure continues at RPL/ETL with the recent migration to a new communication system. The use of Teams and other communication software has increased during the current COVID crisis to allow more people to work remotely. The team at RPL/ETL have been working remotely but with limited phone communications due to our old ‘wired’ system. The new system allows office based staff to work from the office, at home and anywhere else seamlessly without loss of capability.
