That’s why we are excited to announce the arrival of our new state-of-the-art stripping machine, a key investment in both efficiency and operator care.
The new stripping machine significantly speeds up the processing of cables, reducing manual handling time and improving throughput across production. By automating a process that previously relied heavily on manual operation, we are able to increase output while maintaining consistent precision.
Supporting Operator Wellbeing
Our people are at the heart of what we do. Manual cable stripping can place strain on joints and muscles over time, especially with repetitive tasks. The new machine takes on the most demanding aspects of the process, reducing physical strain and creating a safer, more comfortable working environment for our operators.
Enhancing Quality with Technical Precision
Consistency is critical in our sector. The new machine is designed to strip cables ranging from 25mm down to 5mm in diameter, with strip lengths of up to 200mm. This capability ensures accurate and repeatable stripping results across a wide variety of cable types, minimising the chance of human error and guaranteeing that every product meets the high standards expected by our customers.
